Many of our onsite services have flat rates or "will not exceed" rates, regardless of the amount of time spent onsite. We'll discuss this with you before scheduling an onsite technician.

Our normal rate (see Promotions page for current savings available) is $75 for a service call and $75 per hour beyond the one hour service call. Billing, after the first hour, is in 30 minute increments.

Save some money.
Many problems don't require an onsite technician to resolve. If your need for service isn't immediate, consider using our free pickup and delivery service. An FCS associate will come to your home or office to pickup your computer. We take care of disconnecting everything so you don't have to worry about it. We'll then service your computer in our shop and return it to you when it's done. When we return it, we reconnect it and allow you to inspect our work. Our turnaround is typically two-three business days. Rush service is available.
